PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

This personal data protection policy defines NICOSWITCH's practices with regard to the protection of personal data that may be collected on its website www.dlice.fr (hereinafter the "Site").

Definition of personal data

Personal data" refers to any information that may identify you directly (e.g. your surname, first name, date of birth) or indirectly (e.g. login details). Personal data includes information such as postal/email addresses, cell phone numbers, user names, personal preferences and purchasing habits, and information relating to your consumption. Personal data may also include unique numerical identifiers such as the IP address of your computer or the MAC address of your mobile device, as well as cookies.

Collection of personal data via the Site

Users' personal data is collected when they complete the "CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT" form, the "CREATE YOUR PRO ACCOUNT" form, the "IDENTIFY YOURSELF - Create your account" form, the "CUSTOMER SERVICE - CONTACT US" form, the "NEWSLETTER" box and for any use they make of the Site's services.

Information concerning the user may also be collected when the user browses the Site, through the use of commonly used information-gathering tools such as cookies.

Use of personal data

NICOSWITCH collects and uses the personal data necessary to offer the user personalized, high-quality products or services.

The personal data used by NICOSWITCH is intended for :

- allow user identification,

- enable platform administration,

- facilitate navigation on the Site,

- facilitate NICOSWITCH's purchasing and customer management.

NICOSWITCH also uses data segmentation to send targeted commercial offers.

Recipients of collected data and transfer

The data collected is reserved for the exclusive use of NICOSWITCH.

Under no circumstances will the data collected on the Site be transferred to third parties by NICOSWITCH.

Retention period for personal data

The Data is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes pursued, such as the correct follow-up of the order, efficient management of the customer relationship, as well as to respond to legal requests or requests from authorities and regulators.

Customer data is thus kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, and may be kept for up to three (3) years after it has ended (when the user unsubscribes).

Personal data will in any case be kept by NICOSWITCH for a maximum of 5 years following the last contact (last order), except for financial data relating to the order, which will be kept for ten years following the end of the accounting period in order to comply with NICOSWITCH's accounting and tax obligations.

Users' rights to their personal data

In accordance with Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, the user has a right to information, access, rectification, deletion, limitation and portability of his personal data described below:

  • The Right of Access allows the user to obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data as well as a copy of this data;

Changes to this data protection declaration

NICOSWITCH may modify this privacy policy from time to time.

NICOSWITCH will notify you of any material changes to its privacy policy at least thirty (30) working days before the change takes effect.
