Shipping your parcel
Packages are dispatched the same day if ordered and paid for before 3:00 pm or within 2 days of receipt of payment. Packages are dispatched via Colissimo or Chronopost with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
